If you have measured your dog as indicated on the Sizes page and are ready to order, email us with the info below.  We will contact you to confirm the fabric, size, and provide you an invoice to submit payment.   Your fabric will be held for 24 hours awaiting payment.  After that time you will need to submit a new inquiry for availability.

By placing this order you agree that by failing to provide all requested info above you will forfeit any right to return or exchange this merchandise for a refund due to sizing errors.  DogSnoods.com will replace an ill-fitting snood at our cost (one time) when all of this information has been provided at time of ordering.  Refunds or exchanges in the event of a defect in workmanship or material will be honored within 10 days of receipt of purchase.

ONLY AFTER RECEIVING AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION SHOULD YOU SUBMIT PAYMENT!   FAILURE TO FOLLOW THIS PROCEDURE MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL PAYPAL CHARGES! 

Once fabric and size have been confirmed you will be required to submit payment via PayPal.  Paypal is our only accepted method of payment.  

To use PayPal, log into your account and click on the link that says "Send money to your friends and family."  

Be certain to submit it as a payment for goods and not a money transfer in order to avoid credit card "cash advance fees."

Orders will not be shipped until payment is received (and cleared) in US dollars only.

US Mail First Class with delivery confirmation is our standard shipping method, occasionally order will need to be shipped US Priority Mail.  You will be notified of the shipping method at the time of your order.  We do not ship orders outside the US.  Please allow 10 business days for your package to arrive when shipped via US Mail First Class.
