ORDERING

If you have measured your dog as indicated on the Sizing page and are ready to order, email us with the info below.  We will contact you to confirm the fabric and size.  

Once fabric and size have been confirmed you will be required to submit payment via snail mail (money order, cashier check, certified bank check (ABSOLUTELY NO PERSONAL CHECKS ACCEPTED!) or PayPal.  PayPal is completely secure and I am NEVER given your credit card info.  

To use PayPal, log into your account and click on the link that says "Send money to your friends and family".  Be certain to submit it as a payment for goods and not a money transfer in order to avoid credit card "cash advance fees".  Submit the payment to recipient  email address ShopKeeper@DogSnoods.com.  Again, PayPal is completely secure and I will at NO time be given your credit card or bank info.

Orders will not be shipped until payment is received (and cleared) in US dollars only.

Shipping is included in price to the United States only.  Please contact us for shipping rates on orders outside of the US.

By placing this order you agree to a $2 restocking fee, PER SNOOD should your items require refund or exchange for anything other than defect in workmanship or material, within 10 days of purchase. Orders on custom sizes are considered FINAL.
